Little Leo was just rescued from a shelter in the desert, and isnow looking for his forever home.
He thought he already had one, but he's getting a little on in years, so his owners decided they wanted a new dog and dumped him on the streets, where he was found as a stray.
But Leo doesn't hold grudges, and he is a happy and hearty little fellow with a lot of healthy years still left in him. He is a pom-chi mix, and one of the friendliest and cutest dogs you will ever have the pleasure to meet.
Weighing in at only six pounds, he has a unique heart-shaped marking on his face, and a long, luxurious double coat, (which is currently best keptrelatively short to mitigate the summer shedding). Although his exact age is unknown, he is a very mellow senior, and would probably like a home where he can be a beloved lap dog and primary cuddler.
He doesn't seem to mind other dogs, but he prefers to keep to himself and hang mostly with his humans. Ideally, he would be well suited with an elderly couple or fellow senior who wants to give him all the love and attention he deserves.
He is scheduled for a dental and neutering on August 18th, so he will beavailable after that. Small adoption fee applies.
