All-Star Tabby Blend, "Sherman" Steals the Show!

Posted: Updated:

Meet Sherman!

He's Helen Woodward Animal Center's Pet-of-the-Week! This 3-year old, 12lb Brown Tabby blend heartthrob has taken the Center by storm! With a handsome face and serious string-toy skills, he’s won hearts from the lobby to the cattery. While he loves his favorite blanket and his friends at the Center, that rumbling purr you hear is a prayer for a forever home and a family to call his own.

Sherman is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. He has been neutered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. His adoption fee is $106, and, as with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is micro chipped for identification. As an added bonus, Sherman also comes with two free passes to Sea World!

Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 6pm; Fridays from noon to 6pm; Saturdays 10am to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 6pm (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing). For more information call 858-756-4117, option #1 or visit www.animalcenter.org.

Our Pet of the Week is one stunning black kitten - Patrick is a true charmer! Black cats have a particularly tough time being adopted due to superstition. This guy is such a charmer that even I'm having some witchcraft suspicions, but I'm sure it's just his warm personality that draws the crowds.More >>
