Beginning Monday July 29th, Sara Perry will be returning to 100.7 JACK FM with a new show called the "No-Request Ride Home" airing 3pm - 7pm weekdays.
Sara started as an intern at KFMB in her final semester at SDSU. Little did she know it would kick start a now 13-year career at KFMB.
"I feel so lucky to have been given this awesome opportunity at the same station I started at as an intern. KFMB has some of the best in the business and I can't wait to be back in the mix once again," Perry said.
Sara will no longer be limited to just traffic reports, her expanded presence will allow for additional contesting, listener interaction, pop-culture and local fun packaged with Jack FM's irreverent brand of humor San Diego has come to know and love!
Jack FM's Program Director Mike O'Reilly said, "When Dave, Shelly, & Chainsaw arrived at Jack FM in 2010, they helped add a new layer of fun, excitement and energy to morning drive... it's time we do the same on the way home. Sara is San Diego! She's busy with life, she's no-nonsense, she's a mom, and she's a friend! Her genuine, contagious personality is the secret ingredient that will further help solidify Jack FM's unique role in San Diego radio."
