Vice President Joe Biden stole the spotlight during last night's State of the Union address, not because of his policies or reactions to the President's speech, but because of the incessant rubbing of his eye. Talk about poor timing for a scratched eye... Many took to Twitter in shock, dubbing his mishap a "zombie eye" and expressing their concern for the politician.
