Mr. Chin needs a FUREVER home

Please say "HI" to Mr. Chin. He's a 3-yr old male (neutered) Japanese Chin.  My co-worker stopped in for a Redbull in Kearny Mesa & saw a kid in front of the liquor store with this dog.  He wanted $50 for him, but She only had $20, so he took it.  He said he couldn't afford to feed him anymore.  Mr. Chin has been to the vet and has a clean bill of health (although he might need his shots). 

He has a chip from Dogstar in Ohio and it includes an AKC registered number.  There's no owner info to be found.   He's a very happy boy, well-adjusted, house-trained, crate-trained, friendly with people and other dogs.  He walks well on a leash and has a very calm disposition, but is ready to run & play.
