Until someone challenges her, the "Mug Shot of the Year" so far belongs to Tracy Mabb Mabb, 35, was apparently in a Pompano Beach, Florida intersection Wednesday naked, wearing only a long shirt. As people drove by though, she was lifting it up, showing off all her naughty bits. Of course, the cops were eventually called, she was arrested and eventually took this great mug shot.
