A Game-Changer for Dogs

We have a chance to save thousands of dogs who are currently suffering in large-scale breeding facilities that are never inspected for even the most basic welfare standards. Comments are urgently needed on a proposed federal rule that would require puppy mills that sell over the Internet to be licensed and inspected under the Animal Welfare Act.
