A few of you may be wondering, "Where the hell is J.M.?"

I'm at home, on an unscheduled "vacation."

In March I went to an ear/nose/throat doctor to find out why my sense of smell was deteriorating (I have to shove an onion into my nose in order to smell it!) The doctor gave me some suggestions and ordered an MRI in order to rule out a brain tumor. And, of course, the MRI showed a tangerine-sized tumor right in the front, between the two halves, of my brain!

So, 2 months ago I had brain surgery. As you can imagine, that sort of thing takes a more than a few weeks to heal.

Right now it looks like I'll be back on JACK on Monday, June 4th. Talk at ya then!
