Have you noticed how good 54-year-old Alec Baldwin has been looking lately? I couldn't help but notice how different the star of "30 Rock" looked at this week's SAG Awards. Turned out he colored his gray hair brown and lost 30 lbs. I head he stopped eating sugar, but dating a much younger hottie might have also inspired him. Baldwin's new girlfriend is 27-year-old yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas. Here's a photo of them together before he colored his hair. OMG from Yahoo claims the pair is now living together.
