Happy New Year for 2012! Here's to a wonderful new year for all of us! Last year certainly had some big moments for me including dropping 60 pounds since June (thanks Medifast Centers!) and quitting smoking in March.
For 2012, my goals are to:
1) Reach my goal weight 2) Find a sport (or something active) I enjoy and do it regularly 3) Get back to my art table and paint, paint, paint 4) Travel somewhere - any where! I haven't taken a flight since Aug. 2009!
Here's wishing all of us much success in completing our resolutions and being happier in 2012!
