Hey FOJ, Natalie here. Ever since I've come back from studying abroad I have been trying out a new work out class. I have always been a fan of hot yoga but a few weeks ago I decided to try a new type of yoga called hot yoga sculpt. Hot yoga sculpt is a class that is like bikram yoga but involves weights. This class also involves a lot more focus on muscle strengthening. This work out is great because it's hard but manageable, it's only an hour long! This class will get your heart racing and your muscles working, every part of your body will get worked on. If you're someone looking for a workout that will leave your muscles sore, I recommend you try hot yoga sculpt!
