“Planking” is SO yesterday!

There's a new fad catching on called "owling." It even has it's own page on Facebook!  This is where you perch up high on an object, squatting down kind of like a like baseball catcher.

In case don't know, planking is where you lay face down with your hands at your sides, feet together and pointed at the ground. You are then "assessed by others on its degree of difficulty," according to Inquisitr.com.
