Serves 4

If you hate blue cheese, don't make this. If you love it, then get busy...

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 1 ounce 'ready bacon', crisp & crumbled

Steps

  1. In a small pot, combine whipping cream and blue cheese - simmer on low/medium until it starts to thicken
  2. Cook gnocchi in a pot of boiling water - when they float, they're ready
  3. Drain and add some cream sauce to drained gnocchi
  4. Stir until gnocchi and cheese sauce are combined
  5. Feel free to add more or less sauce as you see fit
  6. To serve, put on a plate and add bacon and fresh ground pepper
