Specific Rules: 1) Winners must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. citizen and resident of San Diego or Riverside County, California, possess a social security number and possess auto insurance and a valid California Driver’s License (military is exempt from the California’s Drivers License, however, they must possess a valid driver’s license).
